Once you’ve retuned the device it takes about 15 to 30 banking days to credit your security deposit back to your account.

The Travel Wi-Fi will be picked up at the preferred address as indicated when you placed your order. The courier partner will pick-up the device.

It is possible to extend your booking. You just need to let us know what your new trip itinerary is so we can make the necessary extension or buy more day passes through the website.

If you want to change your rental dates or delivery details after placing your order, feel free to let us know what details are you modifying and we’ll make the necessary arrangements. We will coordinate with you via email to modify and update your booking.

You don’t need to start your day pass; your Global Hotspot is pre-activated with all the data you need during your trip based on your trip dates.

Your Global Hotspot shall be delivered 1-3 business days from your FLIGHT DATE for Metro Manila and within 5 days for outside Metro Manila.

Delivery and pick-up PER WAY is P95 within Metro Manila and P150 outside Metro Manila.

It’s always best to book at least 1 week before your actual trip/travel departure date. Big Sky accepts bookings up to 3 days before delivery.  For last minute bookings, it is on a best-effort basis, customer may directly call or go to the Big Sky office.
